To do most things on the Propertastic! site, you don’t need to register or give us any of your hard-earned cash, but there are some extra features for which you need to register. There are three different type of membership to the site available.  Here’s what they are: 

Free Membership:  You’ll need this if you would like to post on the Forums (or how else is everyone going to know who is who?). Also if you would like a basic free listing for one property, you will also need to take free registration.  As the name cunningly suggests, Free Registration is totally free of charge! 

Premium Listings:  Got a property in one of the countries we cover that you need to sell?  It will move a lot faster with a Premium Listing that allows you to add pictures and a host of other details that aren’t available to the cheapskates that only take a basic listing.  A one-off payment keeps the property on the site until you sell it.   

Professional Membership:  If you’re an estate agent with a number of different properties to sell, this is the category for you, because it allows you to place an unlimited number of properties in the Premium Listings section each and every month until they are sold.  Sign up for 12 months, pay for 10 months only and get two free of charge as a bonus.
