The leading association of international property developers has praised the professionalism of property developers in Turkey.
Turkish property developers are boosting the country's real estate market.
That is according to a spokesperson for the Federation of Overseas Property Developers, Agents and Consultants (Fopdac), Arlette Adler.
Ms Adler explained that as far as the federation is concerned, Turkish property developers are "highly professional" and that they operate without problems.
Dealings with Turkish property developers usually occur without a hitch, she asserted.
"In our experience, if you're dealing with a Turkish developer, he will tell you which are the restricted zones," she said.
Builders would encounter legal problems if they would commence construction in a restricted zone in Turkey.
Ms Adler warned, however, that Turkish agents are a "totally different breed" and said Fopdac has experienced problems with them in the past.
Established in 1973, Fopdac serves to promote the interests of buyers and sellers of overseas property.
It counts among its members various agents, consultants and developers who are active in the international property market.
