Over the next few months, we will be appointing a Country Editor for each of the countries that we cover on this site, including Morocco, an expert in real estate who will provide us with an unparalleled depth of information on the country that cannot be found anywhere else on the Web.

Each Country Editor will be responsible for the following:

• Providing us with breaking news from the country, unavailable elsewhere on the Web outside the local language it was written in.
  
• Scouring local newspapers, magazines and websites to bring you interesting properties that have just come on the market which are not normally advertised to foreigners (and so don’t attract a higher price that the agents targeting foreign buyers usually add on).
  
• Monitoring the Forum to provide answers to your questions that other members of the site may not know the answer to.

In addition, if you are a little nervous at arriving in a foreign country not knowing anyone at all and would like an independent, trustworthy guide to act as a translator and interpreter, the Country Editor is available for hire at very reasonable hourly rates.  All of the editors are fluent in their local languages and English.
